When you buy a gift for a friend or loved one, ask for it to be gift wrapped for you.

We have a small range of paper and ribbon at present but we plan to expand and when we do you are welcome to bring gifts purchased elsewhere and we will wrap them for a small fee too.

Well it happened, I turned 50 and didn't really feel any pain.

We have lots of people in the draw for the necklace and earrings which is really good. You have until the end of May to go in the draw so come on in and get something for the races or just for fun.

New bracelets and necklaces will be in next week.

Happy Birthday to me

Yes, I turn 50 on May 15th and I'm not sure what I think about it.

We have cake tomorrow for our customers and if they happen to spend $50.00 I will give them another piece of jewellery for free.
If they spend $100 there is a chance of winning a 9ct gold and swarovski crystal necklace and pendant set.

I wonder what I will get for my birthday?

Bags, bracelets and bling. That's what we've got coming in soon. I can't wait to see the hot pink bag, it should be here anyday. I think I will take the coloured one home if no one beats me to it.
We are hitting the media hard.
Early May we will have ads in the paper and on the radio. Apparently radio works best around here. We will have to see.

Mothers' Day

We have a make a wish campain for Mothers' Day.

The general idea is that Mothers come in and choose few things that they would like and we make an individual list for each of them then the kids come in and choose something from the list. If it's gone choose something esle from the list. However it goes everyone is a winner.

We have some new bracelets and bangles in.

And these are from Manzoni. I love these.

There are a couple of other colours, including a plain silver one, my favourite. They are just magnificent.

Going Fast

You had better get in quick if you want a one off bag because they are going fast.

When they have gone we will get some more one off's but they might be pricy?????

10 of Conti Moda's beautiful bags came in today. There are only 9 left. We have the bags to the left in olive and purple.

We also have a couple on Manzoni bags and they are the softest bags ever.

We just subscribed and got newsletter number two which detailed Silver things.

Give it a go and soon you can come on in and get your own handbag or silver jewellery.

The silver fashion jewellery is selling well but we won't be buying in bulk so that you aren't all wearing the same things. Check it out often so you don't miss out.

Easter

You would think the traders of Swan Hill would learn about tourist money.

Today being Easter Sunday and tourists in the area there were about two shops open in the main drag of Swan Hill and two in McCallum street so that puts the percentage of traders in McCallum street willing to have a go way above that of the main players.

We will be open again, probably in vain, tomorrow anyway.

We will also start advertising in the tourist news which is apparently "not done" by the local traders but we will anyway.

Next week hopefully we will have more stainless steel mens things and a new and beautiful range of bags plus there's one more, some wallets and a tad more jewellery with some very special bangles.

It's been just over a week

Yes we opened the doors 11 days ago and the word is spreading, there is a really good jewellery store in Swan Hill.
The plan now is to hit the advertising hard.
We will start this week with an advertorial in the Swan Hill Guardian just in time for the Easter tourists move in.
Then about a week later we will do a letter box drop and mail box drop to out lying areas.
Mothers' Day will then be our focus with a wish list for the mothers.

We are also going to a seminar about marketing on a shoestring budget.
